Llywelyn's Pub in Webster Groves is a classic local tavern sporting a pleasant Celtic tradition. The service is consistently friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is a mix of sports bar and Scottish pub. In addition to the long bar counter, the main dining areas, and high tops, the semi-private rooms offer terrific space for gatherings, and there is ample outdoor seating on the patio. The menu offers traditional pub fare, together with a handful of classics from the British Isles, like Shepherd's Pie. It's quite good for pub fare. And the beer list is truly impressive. Prices are a little high but are also not unreasonable. I always enjoy a visit to Llywelyn's in Webster, and this visit on a Sunday afternoon was no exception. Good stuff!

On one weekend night visit when a band was playing, the pub was so crowded and understaffed there was no place to sit and it was almost impossible to get served. On two recent visits for private gatherings in the side room: staff was helpful and attentive and the drinks were fine. Food on the buffet was unremarkable; the shepherds pie seemed to be mostly a brown mush (of potatoes I guess?) with no discernible meat. A dessert that may have been an apple cobbler, but could’ve been bread pudding, was doughy and cloying. Everything seemed to be overcooked and monochromatic—except the salad, which was tasty.

A terrific Welsh pub in a semi hidden location in Webster Groves MO. My group goes here for our meetings and we're always well taken care of. Good drinks and appetizers. Full menu of excellent items.

Loved the cheese and steak sandwich. Great building/atmosphere. Large beer selection. Will be back, glad they’re still around!

Great bar! Good place for families or school gatherings. The food is really good too. The front outdoor covered patio is nice. There is an extensive draft beer menu. Cheers!

We attended a closed room event at Llewelyn's Pub. Event was catered with delicious food. Room evoked quite a bit but again there were a lot of people in attendance.

1st time visit, arrived about 5pm on a Saturday evening, no problem getting a table for 6 right away. Extensive beer selection, of course being near St. Louis I ordered a Bud. Drinks came out quick, food not long afterwards...yum! All left satisfied. We have family attending Webster, we'll be back.
